I am like you, I increased my position after that email (NEWSLETTER) but I think the best we can hope for is that the company makes it and we get a return.

I don't know what a lawsuit would bring. For me Sean Kelly as a Kender manager is not trustworty anymore and with him actually the whole Kender management. You see, even in the suggested given 3 months this development should take place last year the technical part could be easiliy done parallel to the markeing part meaning everything could have been done within 8 weeks.

Somewhere on this site I noticed a few weeks ago that appearantly Sean Kelly had answered to "a Donna", that Kender ran out of money, which is for my tast a very weak argument showing only a shocking lack of managerial skills.

My main point is how on earth can you as Kender management:
1. make a final development plan with a lead time of only
3 months (september to January) with a very clear defined
task and outcome.
2. for which you also should know how much it would cost and
using FMEA, estimates where and what your risks are not to
fulfill this plan

And then months later this same Sean Kelly comes out with a very weak argument to one individual person that Kender run out of money? What kind of planning is this?
Why not inform the public with a newsletter that you have made a huge calculation error, so significant that as a consequence, the only thing you can do is to step down?

Can we trust this heat exchanger is really existing? If so, which I doubt now, it is a shame it is managed by these people.

Please, someone prove me my thinking is wrong.
