They have to report under the name Krusecom because that is their name now but logic tells you that if the merger was effective 6/17 the real Krusecom financials are not in these 3/31 numbers.
Who is interested in 2010 financials? At stock exchanges you look for the future of companies, that means finacials of 2012 or 2013 are be interesting...that means what contracts they have for the next 12 months and what revenues are expected...nobody is interested in the past!!!!!!!!!!
