JFC...it's a touchy subject.Some will get their panties in a bunch.But I tend to agree.If at guestimation there are 3 and 1/2 billion shares held long....they won't be able to move onto a real exchange without trimming it somehow.If they only plan on the otcbb.....they won't have to but we'll only be jumping from one boat into another of the same class.I don't see the benefit of going to the otc.

jfc, yes they can always reverse split down the line if they choose but in order for us to benefit the most the split needs to be done AFTER the share price gets to its proper valuation which many of us believe is much higher, maybe .10, .25 who knows exactly.

frank olsen has lied to investors in the past so, i wouldnt be suprised to see a reverse split. at some point it must happen, if this company makes it.
