I wasn't pumping. I own 8000k (8M as of last week). I was calling into question MNDPs competence and even their motives....selling shares is not a valid form of cashflow and is a bit much to stomache when its used to to pay their own sallaries and thereby keep them all gainfully employed....conflict of interest.
As i understand it, they need to raise 5M by August 2, 2011 to cover a note on thier patents.... I might be wrong, but the RS is probably integral (and needed) in that plan due to a complete failure by the firm to sell anything. The RS speaks volumes, and is representative of failure to get this thing of the ground (no pun intended). It should also be noted that the last year they reported no cash on the balance sheet and a mere $11,000 in current assets. So its business as usual for these guys.
I'm still hoping they pull something out of the bag and who knows. Hopefully the GOKI aquisition was a master stroke, but lets see how it can be integrated into the Mundas Group.
Just my take on it.
