Float = O/S - # shares owned by investors

that is incorrect, this is correct...

float = O/S - restricted shares.

If investors are simply trading shares back and forth

that would be traders, when stocks open on the Grey Sheets, the majority of investors are on their way out, while diehard supporters who have ignored all warnings continue buying for a short time.

Understood?

good question, do you yet?

Your definition of float is way off, imo. Float is number of TRADABLE SHARES, IE: those not restricted from trading. plus those that are not issued.

the question becomes.....if the preferred conversion is exercised do they increase the authorized 3bil to accommodate that? that's why we need to know the conversion rate....the newly issued share # and conversion rate if it applies...and the New Bedford one. We also have to know if there are any thoughts to r/s when they complete the requirements to go to the next level
