Yep, that is what it looks like according to the SEC filings.

Why it hasn't been done can be open for way out speculations and will probably be, as said earlier! LOL.

But if you noticed in the SEC statement...they just want the letter to complete the already reviewed filing(s). Nothing else!

Now if there is something between ACLY and the auditor.........beats me! We'll find out!
