BioCentric Energy will not be participating in the NAA event in Santa Fe and has not registered to attend.

The statement that Mr. Cohen made, which was about 2 years ago, was based on purported pricing and production claims which, as we know, were never substantiated. BEHL has no involvement with or in NAA and vice versa.
