Not true. If Fred bought any of that stock in the open market, he can sell it any time he chooses. Of course, if Fred was merely given that stock by Aziz, his puppet master, then he would have to follow the rules. Earlier last year, you had claimed Fred had been buying the stock in the open market. Which is it?

The way AMHD moves on low volume, it seems that the effective float is much less!

this all means in the effective float is 3.5 billion or less.
