Blind Pig Alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!.................Blind Pig Alert!!!!!!!!!!!!..............Blind Pig Alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes Beach..........I think I definitely fit that category, at least insofar as UVUM is concerned. Because no matter how much I read and reread two year old (or more) 10K's.........or any other publicly available information on the company, I can't come up with anything that even remotely hints at what follows. Forgive me, but I've copy-pasted (what appears to have turned out to be a rhetorical question only) of my post from earlier today:

For the life of me though, I can't find anything that hints at "They have a lot of content ready to be built out"....or "When the new contracts are inked which should be soon"......or "not able to share the names of those who invested in the private placement/s or the number of shares the investor/s have accumulated over the past 2 1/2 years in the open market.. other than to say its more than enough! ".....or "In the next few months or so I would expect a PR firm to begin to coverage that will provide a more detailed overview of the future prospects".....or "The stock has been under accumulation all along for the past 2 years while the financing's were still being funded well above were the stock was trading to avoid any ratchet downs/ further dilution.".......or,.....

Frankly Beach, why bother trying to educate the ignorant? If anyone cannot extrapolate the above paragraph from all available existing information currently available on UVUM.........then perhaps it is not even worth trying. BTW, why ARE you here disseminating information about the company that is otherwise so glaringly obvious? Selfless act of charitable giving? Fellowship with your fellow human beings? Investor Relations? Yes...yes, I know the IR stands for Indian Rocks.........but in my heart "IR" will always be "Investor Relations". :)

Rick was put on the board as a requirement by Rene to provide financing when Bill Loughman was running the company. And surprise he did not provide the promised money but the company was stuck with Rick. If you want to know what McKelvey thinks about Rick ask him. It's not good. McKelvey was on the board, why did he resign? While you are at it ask him about Joe Sanders. That should fill some of that 2 year gap.

Last time I checked it cost nothing to have a free website and no products. Not a lot of financing required for that.

You still have not explained to motives. If you are getting this info from Rick and you are acting on it and believe it you screwed.
