TRCPA: The only reason I brought it up, it sounded so FOR SURE and GREAT! Much like Hydro Quebec, USDOE, USDA, Univ of Tenn, Oak Ridge National Labs, WRAP, Mitsui, Univ of Toronto, Halliburton, etc. sound (somewhat) now. BTW, all that good funding usually does not cover the participants' total costs, it's just to help out and the participants are expected to "ante up" their "share" be it time, trip costs, etc.
