That issue is the only thing that really ever bothered me about LLEG. The preferred stock came into play 2 or so years ago when MBB exchanged an advance that he had made to the company for the preferred shares. I posted a number of times regarding this and that it would be important to understand the convertible structure of the preferred shares. Nothing ever came of my concern and to date no one seems to know the answer to that. Preferred shares can take on any form. I did get taken one time when a company was sold and the primary owners converted their preferred shares to common.
