colt.....me gots a box of factory loads for the swift with the published fps@ 4200....i'm pretty sure there norma......i'll have to look.

My current handload for my .243 for groundhogs uses the Nosler Ballistic Tip 55 grain bullet, and comes out of the barrel at about 4100 fps, Colt. I could load it hotter, but this load will group quite nicely on a still day. Wind plays he$$ with the light bullets.
