BlackCat: You're right about the quarter, wrong about the lawsuit.

The trial/lawsuit is over. The only thing that remains is if Shupin files an appeal to the Summary Judgement handed down by the judge.

That summary judgement indicated agreement that money is owed to Hoffer and Shupin has to pay up.

If we see an appeal filed we'll know we have something to cling to. We're looking for one of two documents:

1) An appeal
or
2) An extension for an appeal to be filed

If you have alternative information please provide.
