Somebody suggested they get a third party to verify speeds? Wonder who that was? If val wants us to support him; this would be the one thing he could do to stop the constant questioning of the REAL progress being made.
Just the fact that he is considering it is positve. We get the verification and I will be buying more.
It's not the speed that needs to be verified. Mesh Global uses Cogent as its ISP. Cogent already offers speeds even greater than shown in Val Westergard's video:
Gigabit Ethernet (200 Mbps to 1,000 Mbps). A favorite among our Enterprise customers and the NetCentric crowd. Our GigE connection provides all of the advantages of Fast Ethernet, just multiplied by up to 10! Cogent's GigE service gives you all the bandwidth you need. You can take it all at once, or burst until your business grows.
What needs to be verified is that Mesh Global has any role in acheving the high speeds on some sort of supposed hybrid fiber/wireless network. IMO, that's all pure fiction.
If this "Boise Project" were real, they should be able to get a partner to jointly issue a PR about this "hybrid" network and Mesh Global's role?
Supposedly they've already connected some customers to their network. Can anyone verify that?
