i understand that, but this spin off had been announced already

on the surface that is a little bit funny,but considering
that shells themselves run anywhere from 150k to 500k dollars
that has value because you already have an established publicly traded company and dont have to pay that money to get the shell...so even if you had zero revenues it still carries a nice price tag to anyone else interested in going public and the vehicle to get them there...
