Brinker & the average Joe...

To imply that there is some one out there that has a 4% cap on any portfolio position is nuts.. ACRG stared out as a 2% position that turned into a 50% position before I made my first sale and still is above 20%... I just sold my cash (GOOG) at 263.50 up 37.00 from my last purchase off an open which I placed this morning and now I am really in cash at 52%...To manage 25 or more positions is a handful for the ave trader and usually is not worth the effort... That means a person with 100,000 in the market should never have more than 4000.00 in any one stock and that seems a mutual fund position would be better for this person.. Brinker also advices having several mutual funds to spread the risk.. At that rate you could be diversified to a 10.00 position in any one stock,,, I'll stick to my original,,,nice guy talking to the masses... As for never having any thing bad to say,,,Bush bashing never never made any stock rise or fall..I would much rather have a stock pick from you as I now have my cash in a real safe place...hank
