Great post, Eddie. I read all your posts several times over, and this one is no exception. You're right that "no meaningful purchases of SMKY are happening" (although anyone that got shares in the .04s and .05s in the past few days would probably disagree with that), but I hope and trust that will change once the financing comes through and operations commence. I can't begin to explain how great it is that you've established a method of acquiring financing WITHOUT dilution or screwing over existing shareholders, as I've been in more than a few that have done exactly that. This needs to be shouted from the Ihub rooftops!

we are in a uniquely unusual position.

That says it all right there, and that's one of the reasons many of us are here and continue to add at these prices.

As a shareholder, I greatly appreciate the creative approach you are using for funding, which in the end should be a win-win for all involved. :-)

Eddie,

Great to hear your input! I do understand it doesn't account for a lot of things, and as you point out, at this point, it would be impossible for any number of people to make this decision due to the extremely tight share structure. I of course, was by no means suggestion anyone take this route, I was more offering an analysis of my own position, and to show that a) the fund is an AWESOME investment, but b) I'm so confident in the long term success of SMKY that I'm choosing to keep my money in common stock because I do believe it's going over .67, and hopefully well into triple digits.

Great thing about all this, is you look at either option and say, "SMKY is going to make me a lot of money no matter which way I go."

I also think you're spot on with the reason there hasn't been a big influx and the reason that (apparently) lease fund units are selling well...people, at least the friends that I've talked to and referred, are much more prone to look at something like the oven lease fund because of the stigma of the entire penny market in general.

I think your plan that you're putting into action with raising capital through this method is, in my inexperienced eyes, borderline genius. I'm very excited to see what the future holds for us longs.

It is amazing, but true, how a mere $50,000 could have such a significant impact on the share price if invested in common shares at this stage, and once the oven lease fund is fully accounted for, purchasing common shares becomes the only real option for the small investor.

And with the oven lease fund being the enabler of getting the business underway, and thus driving the demand for common shares, I am glad to hear the interest in the fund is good. 50 units does not sound like a lot to sell, as we're talking about less than 50 people accepting what seems to be a pretty lucrative investment opportunity.
