Good analysis Fluffy. I agree, the product is not 100% successful. But it is 90% successful (imo). And thus is a great success for a first product. My new filters are in Queens NY right now, only a matter of time (tomorrow) that they get to me in Brooklyn. I hope they fit through the mail slot (can anyone confirm this?). I don't want to have to walk down to the PO.
