I would argue that the wake up call has already arrived. The PPS is again at trash levels and none of his VCC's will do absolutely anything to change that. I would go further to WARN INVESTORS NOT TO BUY SDVI , give Ken anything till he corrects his ways or hires people to do so.
Nobody believes anything he has to say, It all sounded so nice months ago when I had my SDVI holdings which I could sell when I wanted too, and now I am stuck with a vast amount of Graffiti worth ???????????????
Maybe one of these days there will be a proper PR, with earnings and audit info. As well as shareholders meetings where he takes questions and answers.
