If he doesn't, who cares LOL...Bieber can pretty much get on any show he wants whenever he feels like it. It's not like he'll be banned from TV starting July 11th...maybe he talks about it Thursday, maybe next week, maybe the week after, maybe the day before July 11th, maybe on July 11th, maybe the next day, and then every week after that, etc. Who cares, point is he WILL talk about it, and will have plenty of opportunities to do so from now on.

The people at the view basically guide the whole convo that will be taking place, so unless they bring it up, I don't know if he will be able to randomly bring it up. I'm sure if enough people contact the view and ask about bringing it up, they may consider it.
