Most ridiculous reason to postpone a R/S ever.

Shows how crappy this stock is.
Read it once.. and than read it again ;o))

How is a R/S bad for shareholders unless you plan to dilute on it :p


"We contemplated the reverse split to maintain our NASDAQ listing. Current market conditions indicated the reverse split is not in the best interest of our shareholders," said Edward J.
