Kurek - here is the news from 2009. I think that Aftc and Ford have been working together behind closed doors on this since that time.

NOTE TO ALL- this is my own DD and is only as good as some of the assumptions I have made. I am not pumping the stock. I personally bought 2 years ago and have not bought more then a few thousand share here and there since that time.

I am long on this and will stay in for better or worse at this point.
