The Doc's know this is going to be a long hard journey. They will undoubtedly have to raise more money down the road and he is lessening the burden through this "creative financing." More power to him!!!!
I know many get excited at the drop of a PR and while this is welcomed news it is not the type of news that will ignite stock appreciation. Progress with the FDA will be the catalyst. IMO, the market cap of this stock has a lot already priced into it, to get to the next level progress must go to the next level.
