The SEC litigation against Muddy Waters/Carson Block is a hoax.

Litigation release #21053 in the SEC system is a different case:

Litigation Releases go in numerical order and #21053 happened on May 20, 2009 and it involved the Matthew Brown, Pawel P. Dynkowski stock manipulation ring.

I know we all wish it was true as they deserve to be investigated!
