I am gonna go with the latter, these Stinky Pinkies are INCOME producing vehicles for the likes of Bennie and Company.

He and his cronies are now realizing that they blew it with the BS Oakwood acquasition, a wee bit too much BS.

Now they can only make $$$ on newbs and the ones that are holding large and in denial that would attempt to average down.
