I have a gps system that malfunctioned.... The only customer service u can get is through chat/email. But the product is very successful. Not to mention its distributed big time. Sfio is just now abt to launch real into the market..... And if they want, they can make customer service simply internet based, though i would prefer a 800 number. Anyhow its really not an issue as long as there is some way to contact the company in the near future. I should also mention that sfio has been very good about customer service already via email. Giving courtesy credits, refunds, and extra filters for the initial delay. I am surprised at how professional this company is. Future is going to be very greeeeen for investors
