Ombow, Having some of the politicians get stoned would probably be a good thing. Initially at least, drugs can be illuminating and facilitate introspection. I remember Grace Slick (J. Airplane) talking about how she almost dosed President Nixon with LSD, when she was mistakenly invited to a dinner reception at the White House as part of a larger group (link below). Perhaps a drug experience would have helped Nixon realize how insane the Vietnam War was. But on the other hand, maybe LSD would have made him an even worse sociopath, as happened with Charles Manson.

Are you referring to homosexuals? If so, what business is it of yours if two people, regardless of their sex, have an affinity for one another? What business is it of the gov't, or religion? Maybe you can't handle it, but should it "be prohibited for everyone" (your words regarding the MJ argument)?
Religion could actually symbolize a healthy ideology if the Church didn't widely breed fanaticism, but instead, preached tolerance.
