Well I tried and it has been 28 days, I cannot talk with anyone, (try it) I have left messages, and emails, if you want to waist your money roll the dice, I did follow up with formal complaints, for fraud, if they cannot provide what they say they can or not refund you money then that I think is against the law when they receive your money in good faith.
