The fact that other companies didn't have problems with FINRA is what bothers me... Tony said others are, well I just went thru a F/S, CUSIP change, and company name change in 3 days and was tradable after that.... never had to wait 20 days... stupid!!!

I bought more today (!)at 0.0001 so I am really confused. If the stock can't be sold, why can we buy?

Purely depends on if your broker will deal in the stock. Some will, some won't.
