I am sure we all hope this thing called owvi can recover but I personally doubt it. I dont see a lawsuit happening either despite all the "drum beating" and I use that word that in a supportive way. We are all upset both mentally and monetarily over whats transpired. I would think however that process would have started by now by someone or some group in the form of a class action suit and at least I have not heard of any such litigation being undertaken.

But whats the harm in an investigation by the SEC given the totality of the circumstances here? The undertaking of an investigation does not in and of itself imply guilt. It can just as well prove that no crime has occurred. If probable cause supports the fact that a crime has occurred and that a particular person or persons committed a criminal act, only then does further action against that entity occur.

But then again who am I and what do I know. I'm just an old sea captain wit a drunkin parrot on his shoulder, right?

... another thing to consider coppatop... is no volume on a regular basis just as bad as a no bid ?????????
