Kim mentioned a couple of times that he was looking at some "lab space" that was beautiful!

I'm wondering if that space was more lab or more production space.

The distinction I make between lab and production would be equipment mostly. Purchasing or leasing a significant amount of high tech lab equipment will be quite expensive as opposed to production space which would be less 'technical' equipment IMO.

I'm curious also if Kim intends this new referenced lab space to be the future place where KBLB will use as their 'headquarters' for administration, sales, etc... or is it just for production or just R & D.

Also, Is it just a stepping stone to other facilities and purely a temporary space or ?

Any thoughts would be appreciated, and I fully understand it is speculation unless Kim is reading this and wants to inform me of his plans.
