They have to publish that statement in a Q filing. It has no bearing at the time. Whether or not commons survive is based on cash raised minus liabilities. If we head north of 3 billion we have value.

Even CEMJQ and PGPDQ shares said the same thing that company in bakrupcy (All Q stock) says so, but had a beautiful outcome. Prove, If I am wrong. why is germany up 30% this morning.
