Thanks for sharing your contact conversation. The fact that they told you to talk to ADHC in regards to your questions about Rebel tells me that yes they did acquire Rebel.

FWIW ADHC didn't state that they bought Rebel. They acquired Rebel. How they did it is yet to be divulged. However based on your statement they certainly have.

We shall see how soon.
