Thanks. There's two factors I didn't include that can have an impact. The first is share dilution if they are going to raise capital by issuing more shares. The second is debt servicing if they are going down that route. With a ROI of around three years once the plant is up and running, I really hope that they are able to get this thing financed without issuing more shares.
