Some day, probably sooner than expected, yes. The E10 debacle in the EU might be a good example to explain it.
This fuel contains an ordered part of ethanol from bio mass, is cheaper than common fuel and nobody uses it. You don't have to ask why. The average guy just fears the impact for the engines.
