Well, I highly doubt you would ever see anything like that mentioned in the filing of a blue chip company, but if you are referring to any of these OTC stocks, then I would have to agree with you. Just about all of them have that boiler plate reference added for their protection. Hence the reason why so many of them have to continue issuing billions upon billions of new shares in order to survive. GLTA!
