MY QUESTION IS WHY DOES NHSH/CENTACOMM AND OTHERS HAVE SUCH A DESIRE TO GAIN CONTROL OF QASP...OR SEE IT HALTED ALTOGETHR

You said yourself that "QASP is toast". Since you got involved the share price has been cut in half.

So, I have to assume that any action that anybody takes against QASP is based on making sure that YOU get nothing.

You said it "QASP is toast". I hope you are enjoying what you did to our investment.

And maybe we/they want control because we/they think there is value to be had in Quasar who could have continued some valuable relationships under the proper management. But since we were not able to instill the proper management at this time, those relationships will/have been made elsewhere because, joe, business does have to go on. We/they can't just stop because you have tried to get in the way.

And, of course, ALL JUST IN MY OPINION.

ALLEGATIONS OF MISREPRESENTATIONS IN THE MERGER AGREEMENT ARE VOID AS THEY EXPIRED TWO YEARS AFTER THE AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED IN MARCH OF 09; AND NO ONE TOOK ACTION TO INVALIDATE THEM PRIOR TO THAT

Really? Wasn't this in the hands of the feds and SEC sometime in late 2010? I think their actions will speak louder than yours have.

You see Joe, If you had just stayed a creditor, Quasar would be lightyears ahead of where they are now including a strong relationship with Mineseeker and funding from several sources, all IMO. And YOU would be paid back already including your interest.

But, Joe and team decided that was not the best business model. The best model was to diluted to 5 billion shares, pay off Joe, and let Quasar die into ashes. Why would that be? I have my reasons but don't know yours?

Joe Con-Us - you're a joke!! You have shown by your actions that you are the one with the desire to take over QASP to cellar box the stock for the benefit of you and your off shore buddies. No other explanation suits your actions. Where the shareholders are concerned, under Jeff's leadership, things were going along fine until you barged in and attempted to steal control, circumventing shareholders rights. At one point in time, you might of been owed some money - however due to your tortious interference and efforts to kill off the stock by doubling the A/S you are going to pay dearly one way or another - all IMO of course.
