What kind of B/S info do they have anyway? They show ANWM listed as headquartered in CA? OTCMARKETS clearly show and have shown otherwise.

That's because that's the info you or Androutsopoulos sent to OTCMarkets. The truth is that the merger between Premier and Anywhere MD has not yet happened. So as far as the SEC is concerned, it's still a California company.
