I honestly don't know if he is a scam artist, but he may be in over his head. Hopefully Vincent is showing him some lessons in the business world.

When a public company has 1(one) employee, it's a bad sign. That recent 10k didn't make me feel any better either. Then after seeing Vincent and Lori leave I really began to wonder.. But I guess I'll just have to wait and keep the fingers crossed.

maybe but with the names involed im sure they would not soil it for a scanm and wuold take the company and stee to task if that was the case, and the filed 10q says gate will being no later then sept of this year pumping 600k over the next 12 quarters into agel , ill take my chances.

tippy2 I think you need to go do some research on Steve before you make statements like that. Have you read his books or talked to the guy? I have! He went thrue some down times made some bad decissions but to truely and intentionally scam us NO!
