The Solid waste permit was inches thick once all of the required items were done. JBI has been through this process before and succeeded. Getting the modifications will require effort and probably additional testing. So what. That's the way things are done.

By the way $17 mil of gross income is nothing to sneeze at. That would make the company cash flow positive. Not bad for start up.
