What is almost here? Please clarify. They already announced the land deal. What else is there to announce? I highly doubt a big investor is waiting on the sidelines until they hear the financial terms of the land deal. The PPS was more than double without a land deal and the volume has been low lately. Sorry to be such a downer but saying that 'it is almost here' seems misleading. IMO
