the "t" trades you're referring to were issued to MM's who had already sold those shares at a higher price during those days, the MM's hold no shares of this.. if boost (Big Apple) wasn't dumping this would already be .005 or higher.. I'm concerned the A/S is close to maxed and expect to see an increase soon..
although, a nice run to .003 or higher would be welcomed before that happens..
it doesn't look like an R/S is considered at least short term, had they wanted that, timing would have been perfect with the symbol change..
