If you really want to make out that this is as you say, lets look at it.
You agree that they have 3.5m for an advertising budget.
You must also agree that they obtained these funds AFTER the Bieber contract had been finalised.
So they have the Bieber management team with a proven track record.
There are 3 people in management that have helped build businesses in the hundreds of millions, and one in excess of a billion (conservative).
Plus they have 3.5m for advertising revenue.
And they have a new product to take to market, and an existing product on the market.
Equally important, they have timing on their side
You want to imply (for no good reason other than to argue) that they might take the 3.5m and just disappear or something other than spending it on advertising. But before we go any further, how many people would be sharing in that $3.5m. Its stupid even believing its worth their while.
I recently witnessed a company with zero revenue, and zero business, and zero product, but with an advertising budget of $3m take their share price to $10.65. Any brain dead garden gnome could see it was nothing but a scam. But with NOTHING other than an advertising budget they got the share price to $10.65 before it crashed. Did I forget to mention that hiding in the background running everything was an ex hells angel.
As the above scam that I mentioned proves, YOU DON'T SPEND ALL YOUR ADVERTISING BUDGET ON THE FIRST DAY.
So OPMG have $500,000 more than that. Already your argument is starting to look real thin, its just not worth it, and you know it!
Would they be better off using the advertising budget to get share price up (as above business did) or would they be better off just walking away with a share of $3.5m. Reach minimum sales to free up shares that are tide to performance, it also brings in revenue they can then divide up.
All of this is if we are, as you imply, pathetic enough to believe that the Bieber management, and the management at OPMG do not know how to run an advertising campaign, despite their outstanding record. I know where I would put my faith, and its not with what your saying.
Do you really think these guys are doing this for chump change. And thats if we overlook the money of their own they have put in. So I guess what your saying is that these guys are that smart that they became involved with OPMG to create a negative cashflow for themselves. Thats how they would have become financially free is it, and how they have become influential businessmen.
Dude I think your degrading yourself with some of the posts your making. I don't have a high school education and I can see they don't add up. I would have thought I could expect better from a seasoned trader. An earlier post by yourself was good, although I could still see bias, but I hope you don't believe this other **** your posting. Or is your whole point that you will just argue if anyone responds with anything less than "oh Jim your great".
I enjoy reading your more thought out posts, you have helped me learn a lot about DD. I certainly respect the time you put into it.
Have a whiskey and admit this is starting to look like a real good deal. I would rather have you on side.
