Killed because according to the news papers, they found a suicide note, and apparnetly they showed it to his brother , and he stated that he mis-spelled his some of his families names, and made no mention of his mother whom he adored. His brother feels he was murdered by the hentchmen of the government.
Michael Deguzmans body was found 3 days after the jump/push from the chopper. I guess we'll never really know.
