Why would a private company merge with a public one then use their profits to buy back shares for the other company instead of growing their business?????????????

And again, last quarter GDHI issued 900,000,000 shares for FREE. What business sense does it make to pay for something you just gave away for free.. answer.. NONE! Seriously folks!

because they can now. they make money and have a partner
who they are merging with that makes money. two companies
together can buy back billions of shares at these levels
for very little money. I say it is very possible.
