You just can't take it all when all parties have been harmed and especially when the value (real value) of the assets is being hidden/low balled.

Judge see's through this.

Oh and one other thing.... this issue doesn't JUST GO AWAY if commons gets SHUT OUT.
They're will always be a buzz. You have to make the common shareholders relatively happy.
Otherwise it's NOT BURIED.
