Stak--I voted yes today for the RS. I didn't like it. My assumption is, right or wrong, due to circumstances I am not privy to that an RS in necessary. DNAP as I see it now is not a great investment but a good one. If the RS were not needed I would view it as a great investment. Oh well, nobody ever said it was a lock to find the one in a million.
