Read the 10Q carefully and don't get excited. They may have to do some major shifting around to make this all work. If there has been a change lets see who it is to. I am going to lay my opinion out for the short term:

we are going to see $$ with a new board member (investor)
we will see a buy back and retirement of shares
we will then see big news
then a RS
then a RM
then nasdaq
