FAB still owns the shares - ERHC simply stopped reporting any ownership below 10% in their filings due to complaints from shareholders. This was discussed awhile back and some of us got confirmation from the company.
What is your thought on the fact that there was never a separate NSAI evaluation of the drill results? The NSAI was just coincidentally chosen to do the CPR services, which had nothing to do with drilling results, other than perhaps compiling what SNP provided to ERHC into the CPR.
