I have had to wait longer before about two years for a pay out so this is nothing new. I think VCTY will use the extra EVDR shares for distribution to vcty holders. That would certainly raise the pps and hold it there. looks like vcty and their many cronies are robbing everyone's shares with their constant bickering.jmho
